Controls are part of the product, not an add-on cost.
Your customer doesn't ask for 'steel'. They ask for SA-350 LF2 with Charpy at -46°C, 100% eddy current, 3.1 MTR signed by the manufacturer with original TRUE COPY stamp, declaration of non-Russian origin. All of this comes by default in our documentation packages.

NACE MR0175 and MR0103
For H2S service we supply materials with certified NACE compliance. Max hardness 22 HRC for duplex S32205 (per SA-789), max 35 HRC for Inconel 625, ferrite content control. The 3.1 certificate includes explicit NACE compliance statement.

Volumetric scan, ASME V / ASTM A388 criteria depending on class.
NDE/02
PT — Penetrant Testing
Liquid penetrants for surface discontinuities.

MT — Magnetic Particle Testing
Ferromagnetic materials only. Yoke or wet fluorescent.
NDE/04
Eddy Current / Hydrotest
100% on tubes, alternative to each other per applicable standard.

EN 10204 3.1 — always, original.
MTR (Material Test Reports) issued by network producers are original type 3.1 per UNI EN 10204:2004, in English, complete with signature and stamp. Copies sent with goods are marked 'TRUE COPY' / 'COPIA CONFORME' with manufacturer's authorization. Dealer MTRs are NOT accepted.

EU 833/2014 compliance
Materials listed in ANNEX II of EU Regulation 2022/428 (amending 833/2014 on Russia sanctions) are NOT admitted in our supplies. Declaration of origin is part of the standard documentation package for every country of origin within the network.
