From carbon to super duplex, from copper to titanium.

What follows is an indicative map of the families we move most frequently, not a closed catalog. For off-list grades contact us: either we handle it within the network, or we know who can.

01

Seamless tubes

Seamless tubes for heat exchangers, condensers and pressure applications. OD from ~3 mm to ~250 mm. Length up to 30 m (carbon) or 22 m (stainless). Sub-spec for heat exchangers with guarantee of minimum wall thickness below fins. Korean and Chinese origin depending on the grade.

Carbon: A179 · A192 · A210 · A106 · A334 LT (1/3/6/7/8/9). Stainless: TP304/304L · TP316/316L · TP321/321H · TP347 · TP317L. Low alloy: T11 · T22 · T91. Nickel: Inconel 625 · Monel · Hastelloy. Titanium: Gr.1/2/7/9/12.

02

Fin tubes

Finned tubes for air coolers and economizers, Korean production as reference. Types: L-fin wrap-on, G-fin embedded (groove depth 0.25-0.40 mm), LL-fin overlapped footed, extruded fin, low fin, oval, spiral, I-fin, inner-groove. Fin material: aluminum strip 99.7% nominal / 99.5% minimum. Fin pull-off test on three samples per batch.

Tube: all carbon and stainless grades. Fin: Al 1050/1060.

03

Forgings

Open-die forging up to ~250 mm thickness and diameters beyond 2 m, Chinese production as reference. Tube sheets, rings, flanges, clad discs, forged heads, valves, shafts, blocks, special geometries. In-house heat treatment (normalization, solution annealing, quench+temper). 100% UT NDT per specification.

04

Plates and clad

Carbon and stainless steel plates for shells and heads. Clad products type A266+B443 or A516 Gr.70+B443 for corrosive service: the carbon-steel substrate provides structural strength, the nickel alloy provides chemical resistance.

Grades handled (excerpt)

Carbon: A516 Gr.70 · A285. Stainless: A240 304/316/321. Clad: substrate A266 Gr.2 / A516 Gr.70 + cladding SB-443 N06625.
