Data collected
Through the contact form we collect: full name, company name, role, country, email, phone (optional), industry sector, requested product, requested material, project description. Submission goes through the user's mail client (mailto:), which opens a pre-filled email: data transits directly from the user's client to our address info@eta-it.com, with no intermediate server storage.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed exclusively to respond to the commercial or technical inquiry submitted by the user, to provide quotes, and to manage the subsequent contractual relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest of the controller in responding to commercial contacts (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
Emails received via the form are retained in the corporate mail system for 24 months from the date of the last meaningful contact, unless the request evolves into a contractual relationship — in which case retention follows fiscal and civil obligations (10 years).
Recipients
Data is not disseminated and is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be accessed by ETA personnel authorized to process it. It may be communicated to technical service providers (email hosting, possibly CRM) acting as data processors under art. 28 GDPR, within the European Union or in countries with adequacy decisions.
Non-EU transfers
Communications with production partners located in non-EU countries (China, South Korea, Japan, India, Thailand) occur only when necessary to fulfill the user's request, on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Data subject rights
Pursuant to articles 15-22 GDPR, the data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection. To exercise rights, write to info@eta-it.com or to PEC srleta@pec.it. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
Hosting and technical providers
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), acting as data processor for technical access logs. Vercel operates under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No profiling or tracking cookies are currently active on the site. For details on technical cookies possibly in use, see the Cookie Policy.
