Oil & Gas
Topside, subsea, gas processing. Forgings in carbon, low-alloy, duplex and super-duplex for flanges, fittings, valves, connectors. NACE MR0175 / MR0103 compliance. NORSOK M650 active at the production partners within the Asian network.
Petrochemicals and refining
Reactors, columns, heat exchangers, air coolers. Forgings and tubes in low-alloy (F11/F22/F91/F92), stainless, nickel alloys (Inconel 625) for high-temperature service. G-fin finned tubes for air coolers from our Korean partner. Sour-service-rated materials per NACE.
LNG and cryogenic
Tubes and forgings for low temperature, down to -196°C. Carbon steel low temp (SA-350 LF2, SA-334), austenitic stainless steels. Charpy-V impact testing at sub-zero temperatures mandatory; sub-specimen impact certificates when required by specification.
Power Generation
Thermal, nuclear, geothermal. Forgings for turbines, process valves, secondary heat exchangers. References documented within our Asian partner network, including projects on major international energy infrastructure.
Heat exchangers and air coolers
Complete tube bundles: clad tube sheets, tapered tubes, embedded G-fin finned tubes, forged elliptical and spherical heads. Italian heat exchanger manufacturers have been among our long-standing customers since 2002.
Desalination
MSF (Multi-Stage Flash) and MED (Multi-Effect Distillation) plants. Copper-nickel tubes (C70600 90/10, C71500 70/30), Aluminum Brass C68700/C44300, titanium Gr.2/7 from the Korean partner. Fin tubes for evaporators. Stringent chemical specification for prolonged marine exposure.
